This hotel requires, once the conference package is paid,that no money will be returned if a person does not show up,or cancels after the hotel payment deadline, but a substitute with another person is possible!

2. Once again, hotel prices for IPSI-2006 SPAIN participants (room plus breakfast plus conference related meal and beverage services; entry at noon or later; exit at noon or before):
For payments initiated on or after 20.3.2006. pay 10% extra for late service charges.

3. For payments on the spot, 20% extra charge.

4. For payments on the spot, one can use cash, or the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa.

5. No money back after the fee/hotel payment deadline.
   Substitution with another co-author of the same paper is possible.
